On our Chinese To Go class you will spend 2 hours of fast-paced cookery to create a fantastic and delicious take-home Chinese meal for two that you will have prepared yourself.
Chinese food is a popular take-away with a variety of dishes and flavours from across the provinces including rice and noodle dishes, meat and vegetables. Take-away is not always a healthy option though as it has lots of hidden fat, sugar and sodium.
On our Cook-To-Go course you will learn to create delicious, healthier Chinese favourites at home working with fresh ingredients (our meat is free range and vegetables come from local sustainable sources) as well as learning how to use Chinese spices to create that authentic taste.
At the end of the course you will take home your own Chinese Takeaway for two ready to eat.
